I have enjoyed 30 + years managerial experience in the food and manufacturing industry and am able to demonstrate a successful track record of working under pressure. I have first class communication skills, consider myself a team player, flexible, approachable, and can demonstrate my experience of improving the performance and abilities of teams and individuals. The development of core skills within the team is a goal I always enjoy achieving and excel as a team builder and team player as part of the management team.I am always looking for an opportunity to further develop my talents by moving into a challenging management role.I have a passion for quality and am conversant with process improvement and resolving process faults within manufacturing environments. Recognising achievement and encouraging individuals to achieve their best, I have excellent communication skills together with a real ability to motivate a team to earn their respect by demonstrating an enthusiasm for making improvements.The scope of my responsibilities have included all food preparation operations, continuous improvement opportunities, planning and stock control systems, hygiene and health & safety, and take an active role on efficient NPD flow. I have established KPIs for these functions, and managed those closely, and efficiently, to ensure that budgetary, personnel development and communication objectives are fulfilled.
