ABOUT KARL SMITH

I am a Senior/Project Quantity Surveyor currently working within the nuclear industry. I have always maintained an excellent attendance record and have consistently demonstrated my ability to work well independently under tight deadlines, and to contribute effectively as part of a team.I possess excellent communicative skills, both written, in the form of the many reports that I prepare and orally in the many presentations that I carry out, and meetings that I have chaired. I am dependable, hard working and loyal with a wide range of computer literacy skills, having worked with many software packages, both standard and bespoke. I am very adaptable and when circumstances dictate that change is required I have always overcome any challenges whether personal, professional or academic. I feel that this positive attitude has given me a strong will and determination to make the best out of any situation.
