Technical lead for all Federal customer opportunities. Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to lead the development of solutions and architectures for solving complex customer requirements. Provide field Systems Engineers with the needed information and tools required to support sales in engaging prospective customers and in ensuring existing customer’s satisfaction.Oversee required product certifications across the NetScout and Arbor product portfolios to meet customer expectations. Manage the budget and resources to achieve Common Criteria, FIPS, UCCO as well as IPv6 compliance for all products.Direct and oversee all field Systems Engineering activities for the Federal division. Ensure that all technical obstacles to purchase are overcome. Coordinate quarterly training sessions for the SEs to ensure they have the updated technical knowledge and tools needed to succeed. Work closely with Product Management and Engineering on roadmap items required for our Federal customers as well as the larger Cyber Security customer-base. This work includes the development of Product Requirement Documents (PRD), engineering review calls as well as in-depth customer sessions to understand the customer request and to make sure what is being developed will meet the customer needs.
