I started in the medical staffing business with my mother, learning the ropes as free labor and earning equity early on. By college, I was already expanding the business, and in my 30s, with more capital and a clear understanding of the industry, I began scaling fast through smarter marketing strategies.In 2019, my agency became an acquisition target for a publicly traded home care company. That experience changed how I saw the business: not just as income, but as something that could be scaled, acquired, and used to build generational wealth.Since then, I have grown my agency into an 8-figure business, expanded through acquisitions, and built OnTimeITS, an all-in-one platform that includes an application tracking system, HR, scheduling, records, billing, payroll, time and attendance, and KPI tracking. It is the exact tool I wish I had when I was building, and now it powers my agency and others.Today, I help home care and service-based business owners get licensed, scale with proven systems, and implement technology that makes growth sustainable.    As Co-Founder of Aaidebook Home Care, I have been instrumental in establishing Medicare credentialing, transforming our agency into a recognized Skilled Home Healthcare provider. In addition to expanding our clinical services, I spearheaded the development and launch of OnTime ITS, a proprietary software solution tailored for home care agencies and adult day care facilities, streamlining their operations. Today, I manage a diverse team of over 400 professionals and caregivers across six countries, including the U.S, Colombia, Venezuela, the UK, and Pakistan. Leading the company’s growth, I successfully raised capital through a seed round on StartEngine.com and continue to drive expansion through strategic acquisition opportunities in New York and the Southeastern U.S.
