Have lived and worked in Florida as a transportation engineering and planning consultant for over 20 years. Serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Kittelson & Associates, Inc. with a focus on strategy development and execution, company operations, human resources and talent management, and marketing. Lead business development, project performance and management, and staff recruitment and development for the Florida Region. Experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Districts 1, 4, 5, and 6, Florida’s Turnpike, and FDOT Central Office as well as MPOs and TPOs throughout Florida. Serve as Contract Manager for large scale projects and Districtwide and Continuing Services contracts. Strong reputation for being able to create solutions to challenging issues and clearly communicate technical results in both written and presentation forms. Excellent client service and delivering consistent value has led to strong client relationships and increased business opportunities.Enjoy building teams, inspiring others to achieve goals, and taking on new challenges.
