   Enhanced various sections of AutoTrader.com’s website which required optimization based on analytics data and JD Power’s reviews.Selected as UX lead for AutoTrader\'s “New Car Experience”, helping define a new agile process and tapping in to the $15 billion/yr marketing spend available for new cars (vs. the $3 billion/yr available for the used car industry).Balanced user experience (consumer needs) with business goals (customer/dealer needs) to create a more usable experience while still driving revenue for the billion dollar business AutoTrader.com has become.Was asked in 2001 to become UX Lead for the nVision platform - a Data & Analytics platform allowing dealers to see how well their Cox products were working (Similar to Google Analytics, but for Cox Automotive properties.) Dealer adoption and repeat visitation have steadily grown in years since and nVision is used as the top tool for Sales to go in and have conversations with dealers about product recommendations. Since then my role has expanded and I serve as the Principal UX Architect for the entire Foundational Data and Platforms Delivery Stream
