About Karl Larsen
My career experience has always centered around the service of those around me. Starting with the physical health and wellness through physical activity then onto the restaurant industry, as well as the banking industry through the Cash Management product line with First Bank & Trust. Through my career I have acquired and continued to develop skills in Sales, Team Building, Public Speaking, Leadership, and Marketing. Also developing the skill of consulting with business professionals in all industries. The latest tool added to my belt is Lean practices and using scientific thinking to work through problems to gain a more viable solution. Being able to understand the current state of a process and setting a target of where you want to go allows for actual gains to be had and measurable results to show where improvements were actually made! This is a skill set that crosses all job types and promotes growth and development of both personnel and business process. Leading by serving others will continue to be what leads me at my core, and I will continue to seek guidance and feedback from others to continue to learn valuable people skills that will drive the team I lead towards continued growth and by default true.authentic.success.
