Previously I was fortunate enough to lead as a consultant and Managing Director of my Company - Retail Resilience Ltd when I was privileged to operate in New Zealand. I have been extremely fortunate that in over 30 years I have implemented significant strategic change delivering significant gains in sales, service and profit improvements. My expertise lies in leading large retail and fuel operations, engaging colleagues to focus on the customer and implementing innovative transformation and efficiency change programmes but most of all my passion is at the shelf edge in stores with the thousands of diverse teams I have been so fortunate to work with.
