As well as his P&L role, Karl is an extremely competent Project Director/ Project Manager who possesses considerable experience in delivering multiple projects at any given time delivering them right first time on programme and in budget, this delivering the business KPIs. He currently he oversees 60+ projects ranging from £5k to £5m a number of his projects have achieved a client satisfaction rating of 9/10, where scores drop below standards Karl gives the client a call to understand the reasoning and looks to put in place improvement plans with the team. Karl is AECOM\'s Framework Director for Wales and Western CP6 projects where the capex ranges from £5M-30M. Karl led the roll-out of new financial systems, presenting to local regional offices, this enabled us to provide face to face training to all of our project managers/ controls teams thus enabling them to have a better understanding of the new systems, he gave live demonstrations to teams of upto 30 at a time, this enabled the new system to be rolled out without too much disruption in the transition.
