Providing strategic leadership for DEEP Mission Operations, driving the development of business systems, operational procedures and global deployment strategies while overseeing the construction of DEEP Campus, Chepstow; a state-of-the-art test-bed and training facility for aquatic exploration that will support scientific research.Key accountabilities:• Business Strategy & Forecasting: Crafting the business plan and five-year financial forecasts, ensuring revenue viability while aligning with the company’s Vision, Values, and OKRs.• Leading the development of DEEP’s expeditionary capabilities to support worldwide deployments of subsea habitats.• Engaging industry partners, to provide a safe, yet unique testing facility here at Campus. • Overseeing the construction and fit-out of DEEP Campus, establishing a world-class facility for underwater testing and diver training, while ensuring equipment is readily available, properly controlled, and well-maintained.
