ABOUT KARL EVANS

I am a Chartered Building Surveyor with nearly two decades of industry experience, having first entered the profession as a year-out student in 2006. Over the years, I’ve developed a broad and deep foundation across traditional Building Surveying disciplines, including defect diagnosis, project management, contract administration, health & safety coordination, and Party Wall matters.Today, I specialise in Surveying in Insurance, supporting Loss Adjusters nationwide, and internationally on technical claim considerations and quantum validation, predominantly Complex and Major Loss, although this extends across our suite of offerings. I work across a wide range of residential, commercial, and heritage properties, providing strategic, technically robust input that drives fair and efficient settlement.My academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and a Distinction in Construction from Moulton College, Northampton.
