I am a litigator specialising in commercial disputes. Primarily my practise focuses on claims arising from property transactions, construction projects, commercial contracts and the provision of financial services. Having qualified in 2006 I worked initially in London before relocating to the south coast. Since then I have been fortunate to work in some of the leading firms in the region, all with a strong national presence.With particular focus on claims arising from professional negligence, I have acted for a very broad range of clients from financial institutions to SME\'s and private individuals. I also have experience of working with clients in various sectors to review and advise on the effectiveness of their risk management protocols and procedures.
