14 years ago, I left a hospitality job in South Florida and moved to Orlando to begin a job I knew nothing about. I was offered a job to be the inventory manager, purchasing agent, warehouse assembler, and shipper all at once. I dove head first into these positions and became a subject matter expert on all the components and finished products we made. It was a unique experience getting to order the parts, build the parts, pack the parts, and ship the parts to new and existing customers. I experienced every part of the supply chain early on and it helped me greatly. As a company, we grew from renting one 1500 sq foot warehouse to ten 1500 sq foot warehouses. In time, I found a location the company was able to purchase and we expanded our production facilities to 32,400 sq feet. I worked with realtors and construction companies to get the new location ready to move in. We were able to grow as a company and build equity in our own facility. My duties have included interviewing new hires, annual reviews & raises, approving expense reports, purchasing, warehouse and facilities manager, and production manager. I have experienced a great deal including traveling to trade shows and even visiting customers in other countries. In my 14 years here, we have expanded our reach into over 55 countries. A long way from my starting days of just a few countries and the US.

Our clients herd sizes range from 300 to cows milked and generally average SCC with less than 1% mastitis.The system provides an extremely effective and reliable process to wash, disinfect, dry and stimulate the dairy cow’s teats prior to milking. We call this process the “One-Step Teat Prep”. Simply put, within a fewseconds, the cow is clean and ready for the milking machine.There are many cost benefits of the FutureCow system. By shortening the prep process, you increase efficiency and reduce labor by eliminating one or more people from the parlor. Additionally, by eliminating laundry and towels further operational saving can be achieved. In certain instances where labor cannot be reduced producers generally can milk more cows per hour with the same amount of labor.Alpha Technology USA Corp is a UL 508A approved panel building shop.
