Leading a team of Offshore Technicians and Supervisors, ensuring processes and policies are adhered to- Creating new processes for the team and department so they are more efficient and productive- Support in building and creating new working policies and processes that ensure a fair and consistent way of working for all- Developed a recruitment process for a huge recruitment drive including but not limited to ensuring the right people from both inside and outside the industry are aware of the opportunities offered, building a whole new interview process to ensure the right people for the business are recruited, building a new onboarding process to ensure when the successful applicants arrive they have a seamless start to their new career including collaboration with training department.
