A consortium took over the running of the Shetland Gas Plant and wished for me to take on the full-time role of AIC/Construction Supervisor which includes all my previous duties. My prime objective is to drive efficiency across all departments and work in synergy to complete plant maintenance in a timely manner and liquidate backlog. The current business model requires costs to be driven down, which I have assisted greatly with, and encouraged buy in throughout the teams.
