I research it, implement it, refine it, and make it replicable. And keep everyone else on track too. I\'m fun, friendly, and also a big nerd. I\'ve spent years studying and implementing the tools of EOS and Strategic Coach. And I\'m obsessed with AI tools, LLMs, and spreading the word about their impact. Using these skills, I\'ve had a successful 20-plus-year career (without a college education but not without lots of learning), built a successful staffing agency, pivoted to adapt to the current business needs, and manage my wonderful life with 3 active children and a chocolate lab. I\'m grateful to have learned from incredible mentors without whom I wouldn\'t be able to do what I do. I love life and love people and desire to see everyone live their version of their best life. It is achievable for the busiest and most stressed among us with the right solutions in place.
