With 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’m a passionate business professional on a mission to support leaders by implementing sustainable systems and processes that drive organizational growth with excellence.In my role at HUB, I provide sales enablement support focused on generating new business and retaining current clients through deep CRM pipeline and book-of-business data analysis. I collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to manage sales resources for over 60 producers. Together, we strategically bring in and retain business across all departments while driving cross-sell initiatives that fuel HUB’s growth.I believe that behind every great organization are sound systems and intentional strategy.
