As a district county manager, I see myself as a leader and coach, working to inspire and motivate my team to achieve their full potential. I believe in the power of a growth mindset and encourage my team to embrace challenges and push themselves to be better every day.I am passionate about identifying top talent and fostering a culture of success. With 3 years of experience in sales, I have honed my skills in interviewing, recruiting, and developing top-performing sales professionals.I am responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our sales team, identifying and attracting top candidates, and creating a rigorous interview process to ensure the right fit. Once onboarded, I work closely with my team to develop their skills and provide ongoing training and support to help them achieve their goals. The reps I coach develop the skills they need to succeed in any field, such as communication skills, networking, time-management, public speaking, leadership and coachability. At just 20 years old, I can confidently say that it has been the catalyst for my professional and personal growth.I believe that building a strong team starts with a culture of accountability and collaboration. I encourage open communication and work to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to take ownership of their results and work collaboratively towards achieving our goals.
