As a contract lawyer with extensive experience in contract management and litigation, I bring a comprehensive skill set to every legal challenge. I assist clients in the pre-execution phase of contract management, actively participating in contract negotiations, reviews, and drafting. I manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and am adept at vetting and redlining service contracts, liaising with stakeholders to foresee and mitigate risks. My understanding of the contract lifecycle includes preparing family trees and linking/delinking parent-child agreements. I also utilize tools like DocuSign for executing agreements and maintaining proper linkage of parent-child contracts. In litigation, I draft responses to regulatory notices, ensuring compliance and effective communication. I have drafted plaints for Civil, District, and Family court cases, managed civil and criminal cases including bail applications, and represented clients in court.
