About Karishma Sharma
I am a motivated M.Sc. Nutrition Biology postgraduate with strong academic training in nutritional biochemistry, molecular biology, and clinical nutrition, currently pursuing my dissertation research at the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI).My research interests lie at the intersection of nutrition–metabolism interactions, biochemical disease mechanisms, molecular nutrition, and clinical nutrition research. Through my dissertation and laboratory training, I am gaining hands-on experience with microbiological, molecular, and data-driven research techniques relevant to translational and clinical health sciences.In addition to academic research, I have industry exposure through Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and New Product Development at Jubilant Consumer Pvt. Ltd, giving me a strong understanding of food safety, regulatory compliance, and applied nutrition science.
