A passionate energy professional with 11 years of experience in the energy industry and an MBA in Operations.Worked as a Senior Project Engineer responsible for handling and executing multi million dollar LSTK offshore Oil & Gas projects in ONGC. Managed Offshore Oil and Gas projects with experience in contract management,bid package preparation, change management, total quality management in projects,project strategy planning, monthly progress reports preparation and supervision of execution works at offshore. Worked in onshore in operations and also developed expertise in Procurement & Inventory planning for onshore rigs. I was one of the lady officers to be posted in the Drilling rig where there was hardly any women executive posted in drilling rigs of Assam Asset bringing change in the culture in the company. I also worked in the Management Support Group of Group General Manager for strategy planning, resource planning and reports preparation of projects.Currently, working as a Contracts Engineer handling contracts of Uaru/Whiptail/Yellowtail Subsea scope of Guyana venture in ExxonMobil managing 3 billion USD scope. Responsible for commercial negotiations and administration of contracts for all Subsea scopes.

Drive efficiency and value capture across all stages of project planning to delivery. This will be one of many firsts emitter projects with CF Industries.
