ABOUT KARISHMA GOTTFRIED
I am a third year Master of Divinity student at Union Theological Seminary in New York City, and I\'ve reached Candidate status in the ministerial fellowship process with the Unitarian Universalist Association. I graduated from Wellesley College, summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion (Honors) in 2023. My honors research included a thesis on modern-day Unitarian Universalist theology featuring, case studies and interviews from Unitarian Universalists in congregations in Tennessee, Michigan, and Oregon. I provide pulpit supply for UU congregations in the mid-Atlantic (further sometimes, with travel and lodging provided) and virtually across the country. In my free time, I play guitar and viola, dabble in herbalism, and listen to audiobooks. My current read: The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah.
