I ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards, and I leverage my CRM and data entry skills to maintain accurate and updated records. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries related to credentialing.I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Delhi University, where I developed my attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. I apply these skills to my credentialing role, where I strive to improve the efficiency and quality of the enrollment process. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their healthcare goals and enhancing the customer experience.
