The division supports the bank’s mission through key functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning. Support high-impact cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Internal Audit, and Communications spanning management to senior executives.Represent HR on internal compliance and risk governance committees along with serving as the go-to collaborator and expert on compliance matters and business continuity.
