I’m Karis Francis, a second-year BBA LL.B.(Hons.) student at G.H. Raisoni University, School of Law. My early involvement in competitive debating on the Nagpur circuit sparked a passion for argumentation, clarity of thought, and structured communication—skills that seamlessly aligned with the legal profession and set the foundation for my journey in law.Over time, I’ve developed a focused interest in corporate law, with particular curiosity about the legal frameworks that govern businesses, transactions, and commercial dispute resolution. To complement my academic training, I am currently pursuing certification courses in Contract Drafting & Negotiation and Domestic and International Arbitration, which are sharpening my practical understanding of transactional law and global arbitration mechanisms.My goal is to continue evolving as a well-rounded legal professional, equipped with both strategic insight and technical precision to thrive in the corporate legal landscape.
