As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Variety - the Children’s Charity, I lead the development and management of strategic relationships that amplify our mission to support children facing adversity. This role requires a strategic visionary who can identify and leverage opportunities across diverse sectors to enhance our reach and impact.How I help - Design and implement a partnership strategy that complements Variety’s goals and expands our support network- Forge new partnerships and strengthen existing ones with key players in corporate, nonprofit, and media to secure resources and support for our programs- Negotiate partnership agreements that ensure mutual benefit and align with our strategic objectives- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure that partnerships enhance Variety’s public profile and messaging- Represent the organization at industry events, public speaking engagements, and networking meetings to boost visibility and foster community engagement- Regularly evaluate the success of partnerships, providing reports on progress and insights into improving future collaborations.
