With a background in women’s fitness, nutrition, gymnastics and CrossFit, I design programs that empower women to feel their strongest—both physically and mentally.At KP Living, I lead the development of fitness programs, workouts, and nutrition strategies tailored to support women through every stage of life. Our flagship product, Living 45, is a 45 lifestyle reset that is perfect for women looking to create healthy habits that they can carry with them for the rest of their life. My goal is to create programs that help women thrive—not just in the gym, but in everyday life.I believe that fitness is about more than just movement—it’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence in a way that aligns with each woman’s unique needs.
