About Karinna Martinez
As the General Manager of Servicing at Delta Air Lines, I am responsible for technology that enables customers to book, change and cancel travel. I am passionate about improving the customer experience and building trust by creating innovative technology solutions.I have spent my entire career in the aviation industry –at Delta, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and Atlantic Southeast Airlines. I joined Delta’s Operations Analytics and Performance (OAP) MBA program in 2014. In OAP, I improved the customer experience by guiding strategies that improved on-time arrivals and reduced recovery time from weather events. I helped pioneer Delta’s Single View of Customer project aimed at creating a cohesive view of a customer across Delta touchpoints. Most recently, I have been defining Delta’s servicing strategy which simplifies the experience for customers and drives higher self-service adoption. I graduated with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Engineering and MBA. I also hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. While my background is in engineering, I have an interest in psychology which manifests in my love of the Enneagram. Outside of work, I spend time with my husband chasing our two children. In my free time I enjoy reading and cooking.
