I’m a design leader with over 20 years of experience turning complexity into clarity—crafting digital products and systems that not only look good, but drive measurable business results.At Verizon, I lead digital sales experience design for the Consumer Group, shaping how millions of customers learn about, purchase, and activate services online. My team’s work has directly improved engagement, add-to-cart behavior, and conversion rates.Previously, I helped build the design function at Bakkt, a crypto and rewards startup, where we created fintech experiences for enterprise partners with a flexible, white-labeled design system. Before that, I spent over a decade at JPMorgan Chase, ultimately leading design for Cards and Payments across one of the most widely used consumer financial platforms in the U.S.Throughout my career, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, developed scalable design systems, and helped organizations mature their design practices. I believe design is most powerful when it sits at the intersection of empathy, systems thinking, and strategic alignment—especially as we enter an AI-enabled future. I see AI not as a threat to creativity, but as a catalyst for deeper customer understanding, faster iteration, and more personalized experiences at scale.
