As part of the Airbus’ UX/UI design studio, I provided several design services to multiple departments (Pilot training, Governance, Communication, HR…) and acted as a UX researcher, product designer, UX designer, information architect, workshop facilitator, UI designer, project and customer success manager and sales person.During my time at Airbus I facilitated several design sprints, conducted stakeholders interviews, user research, card sorting workshops, performed heuristic evaluations, usability testings, benchmark studies, traced experience maps among other design activities and participated to the team strategy to expand the user centred culture at Airbus.We were a team of 8 thoroughly handpicked designers serving the entirety of Airbus worldwide, so I also contributed to numerous templates and design material to industrialise our design process as much as possible. In that regard I also upskilled my team on methods I knew could boost our velocity, design or management wise. Finally, I had the opportunity to attend a conference in Helsinki on ethical design. This conference led me to discover Green IT. The practice of designing digital products with minimal impact on the environment. I was part of the Green IT team of Airbus and as such supported my team and department to develop new skills in this field.
