ANACT is a tripartite Agency wich depends on Labour Ministry. I am working in a context of Private, European or Ministry funded projects. At a national level, in the current legal framework, we create and experiment tools and methodology with our regional partners, to sustain companies in negociations or new organisational implementations and management relations. Digital Revolution brings into question time and spacial references and increases for exemple the use of telework, hybridwork and third places. The projects focus on working conditions and professional equality issues. We build these projects with other national partners and propose appropriate medias for our target audience, with pedagogical innovation issues.
