Coordinate CTS procurement end‑to‑end—from ITO through OTR—turning business release into on‑time execution. I lead weekly cross‑functional cadences for LT1, LT2, and LT3, align stakeholders (PM, Planning, Engineering, SFM, Logistics & Customs, Supply Chain), and drive preventive and mitigation actions grounded in data and project KPIs- Bridge ITO → OTR: Identify potential critical points early and define actions to mitigate them, maintaining continuity from tender assumptions to execution realities- Lead procurement & fulfillment coordination calls across LT1 (sourcing & PO placement), LT2 (manufacturing), LT3 (transport & customs); secure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and next‑step actions based on KPIs- Own standard work: Define and maintain STD Work Instructions for OTR procurement (focus on ISPO, VDR, documentation completeness to grant correct handoff to procurement and reduce SCO impacts), continuously improving process KPI- Ensure PO quality: Validate that POs meet LT1 and bid needs; support buyers with cost allocations (incl. dummy codes) and collaborate with PMs to anticipate target spend and strategies Make/Buy.Flow Control: Support Planners release PORs, monitor RFQ/TA through to correct PO issuance, ensuring each step respects project requirements and schedule- Drive problem‑solving: Execute RCAs for continuous improvement; act as the key entry point in portfolio reviews to identify, prevent, or escalate issues to execution management functions- Report & align: Prepare and review dashboards to monitor KPI status, triage resolutions, and the progress of preventive/mitigation plans, with regular updates to senior leadership- Reduce inventory risk: Support SMI (Slow Moving Inventory) initiatives—standardize processes and run procurement actions (scouting, RFQ, PO placement) to accelerate reuse, cut ageing, and protect inventory financial targets.
