Reporting directly to the CEO, I serve as the top HR leader for a growing hospitality organization with 11 properties and an active M&A / new development pipeline. As a member of the executive team, I lead enterprise-wide human resources strategy aiming to align people, culture, and performance to support business growth in a fast-paced, start-up environment.I oversee all facets of HR, including organizational design, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. I also manage our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) partnership to ensure scalable, efficient service delivery across the portfolio. With a deep commitment to employee engagement and leadership development, I build inclusive cultures that empower teams and drive sustainable success. Developed and standardized HR policies and procedures across all hotels to ensure legal compliance and operational consistency in a fast-paced, evolving start-up culture. Act as primary point of contact for the HRO, resolving escalated issues and optimizing HR service delivery. Collaborate with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies supporting organizational objectives and growth. Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions to promote fairness and trust. Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations; conduct audits and mitigate risks to maintain compliance. Design and deliver leadership and employee training programs, promoting continuous learning and talent development. Oversee employee benefits, researching and recommending cost-effective, competitive packages to boost satisfaction and retention. Enhance recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
