Her experiences in international companies provide her with the experience of working under industrial standards (10 years). She is always looking to the future trends of the technologies and how it can be applied in the industry; in fact, she has been involved in around eight projects under the industry and EU-funded scheme and currently, she just completed Digital IoT Water-Meter Project and is working on Smart Cities and Suburbs Program - Round 1 and 2. She always thinks about how a particular technology can be simulated, demonstrated or prototyped allowing her to patent her ideas and demonstration presented at top conferences. This allows her to always explore new ideas and try to make it real. Her current research activity is mainly focusing onto Energy Efficiency Networks, 4G/5G Mobile Networks Architecture and Network Protocols, Internet of Things (IoT) Technologies, Software Defined Networking (SDN), Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), Network Security, Multi-layer Resources Management and Orchestration and Emergency Communications. She has several patents and has published her research in important journals and conferences.
