The Center of the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction\'s Program for Emerging Leaders (PEL) shapes and supports the next generation of leaders from across the U.S. government to meet the challenges of countering weapons of mass destruction (WMD). This highly competitive program brings together a small cohort of rising professionals from across the federal government for three years to develop and enhance awareness of the variety of WMD threats and the full range of means, processes, and organizations for addressing them. This is a three year program.
