Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items across multiple clients and dynamic priorities. Support the team in addressing and eliminating impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives of the Iteration. Plan and organize demos and product/system testing. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders. Use Jira to facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Use lessons learned to improve future sprints. Provide Quality Assurance reviews on individual scrum team processes and activities (e.g, sprint planning, stand-ups, metrics, sprint deliverables, velocity, and entry and exit criteria). Track project processes, deliverables, and financials. Train the team on the value, usage, and interpretation of metrics. Increase the performance level of the team by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. Scrum Master for 2 to 3 scrum teams at any given time.
