I advise clients on their pensions strategy, lead proposition development on DC, financial wellbeing and engagement to ensure they deliver value to our clients and am passionate about supporting others with their development.I am a founding member of NextGen, a committee aimed at encouraging and promoting the next generation of pensions professionals, and launched the first cohort of our cross-industry mentoring initiative in 2020.I work with sponsors & trustees of pension schemes who have both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes in a range of areas: retirement support, adequacy, communications, pensions tax, accounting, auto-enrolment, consolidation/harmonisation of pensions arrangements, wind-up, funding negotiations, DC governance, PPF levy mitigation.I won Rising Star in Professional Services at the We Are The City Rising Star Awards 2020. I also won ‘Mentor of the Year’ at the Professional Pensions Rising Star Awards 2019, and I was also a finalist for ‘Adviser of the Year’ and ‘Rising Star of the Year’.I have also been shortlisted for ‘Role Model of the Year’ at the Professional Pensions Women in Pensions Awards 2019.I qualified as an actuary in November 2013 and have taken ST5 (investments), ST9 (ERM) and SA4 (pensions). I also have the CERA (Certified Enterprise Risk Actuary) qualification.
