Over her tenure at Microsoft, Karina has been an integral part of various cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive design systems. Her journey began with the Windows design team, where she played a pivotal role in integrating motion into the code for Windows 11 and articulating the Motion narrative for Surface Hub 2, while also overseeing visual effects during commercial shoots. In her role with the M365 Admin centers, Karina spearheaded the motion system, harmonizing 32 disparate admin centers into a cohesive suite of 8.
