In my current position, I Manage all memberships, accounts, paperwork, payments, and member information in MindBody. I train incoming staff in front desk tasks and communicate with the other location managers to maintain consistency in procedures across all locations. I also work closely with the operations manager to assist in marketing, social media management, purchasing, onboarding, minor maintenance projects, and event planning. Additionally, I maintain a clean, safe, and functional gym area by cleaning, performing regular maintenance on gym equipment and delegating tasks to staff members. I manage a team of four staff members, which included employee scheduling checking sales, and assisting with their, desk tasks, and occasional employee discipline or conflict resolution. Lastly, I teach I senior exercise classes with strength, flexibility, cardio, and balance movements.
