I serve on the faculty of LBCC as a part-time workforce instructional designer, trainer, and facilitator. My clients and students are part of our local and statewide business and industry community. My areas of focus tend to be related to essential workplace skills such as communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, supervision, leadership and OJT train the trainer. In addition to workforce training, I have managed large grant projects for the college, conduct task and process analysis, facilitate LEAN office efforts, provide professional development coaching, and group process facilitation.
