I love a project! Whether its a social campaign, digital banners, or a full-scale brand refresh, I am always looking for ways to infuse creativity and unique problem-solving into my work. The more challenging, the better; I have never been afraid to jump into the fire. Personal growth is important to me so I make it a goal to constantly find new and better ways to execute my projects. But, not just for me. I want to be able to do my best work to set my team members up for success and allow them to execute the highest quality deliverables. I currently work as a creative & brand PM, but my work has taken me to a lot of companies across many industries. I\'m just as at home in an advertising agency as I am building process from the ground up at a small, niche-industry company. While change can be scary and unpredictable, I see it as my no. 1 motivator. My biggest nightmare would be doing the exact same thing every, single day. In addition to traditional Project Management, I also love to flex into the Operations and Production spaces. Some brands I\'ve collaborated with: Amazon, XBOX, GameStop, FridaBaby, Harper Wilde, GoDaddy, Good Culture, Microsoft Surface & Accessories, IHG, MongoDB, and T-Mobile.
