Hi, I am Karin García. My background spans product, fintech, strategy, and philosophy. I’m both an entrepreneur and someone who enjoys thinking and writing about the bigger questions shaping how we live and work. Professionally, I bring these worlds together through two business lines at the intersection of AI, operations, and human judgment.I run Arcumen Studio, a boutique operational excellence & AI enablement studio for law firms and financial advisory businesses. We help our clients untangle messy workflows, hidden bottlenecks, and “we should really fix this someday” processes. We are workflows and processes first, tools second. And yes, that sometimes means the right solution isn’t AI. We’re not interested in automating everything, but in designing work that still makes sense to the people doing it.Alongside that, I founded ΦAI (pron. Phi AI), a digital magazine ran as a global writers\' collective exploring AI meaningfully a.k.a from the perspective of the humanities. We write about judgment, agency, memory, power, and the strange feeling of working alongside systems that sound confident but don’t care.
