ABOUT KARIN ELSNER
I lead Layout Architecture at Miro, across UX systems, UI frameworks, and workspace formats like Docs, Tables, Diagrams, and Slides. A big part of how Miro becomes an AI-first collaboration platform.I build. Running Claude Code with MCP integrations across Jira, Figma, and GitHub as my actual daily workflow. Built a PM operating system around it and shipped PRs to production (UI fixes and small features). Shipping something new almost every day.The unsolved problems in AI adoption really pull me in. There\'s so much to figure out, from change management to entirely new workflows. Most organisations buy the tools and skip the hard part. I\'m interested in solving that. Before PM, I led Product Operations at Miro at Sr. Manager level, shaping delivery frameworks across 800+ R&D employees and aligning 250+ people on global workstreams. Good strategy means nothing if nobody builds the system to execute it.Focus areas: Product Strategy · Execution & Delivery · AI Product Management · UX Systems · Scaling Teams & Processes
