Focusing on circular economy issues and solving climate change through rural economic development and Regenerative Agriculture / Regenerative Nature. Decarbonize the atmosphere by recarbonizing the soil! My partner Patrick Van Haren and I have devised a new community model that rebuilds economies and ecosystems together. We finance ecosystem improvements (regenerative nature) through residential real estate sales in a compact and walkable complete community. The improved natural buffers not only produce abundant, highly nutritious food on-site for residents, but also reduce the risk of wildfire, drought and flooding to the community. Nature Towns, the main initiative of Holocia, enable family security by providing food, water, energy and climate security in towns that offer a wide range of housing types and sizes to fit all kinds of families and budgets.
