   In addition to working as a flight attendant, I am involved in the following special assignment roles:JET (Junior Experience Team) Member (20••••24)-The Junior Experience Team (JET) is a sub-group of the Delta IFS Employee Involvement Group that focuses on magnifying and elevating the voices of junior flight attendants. In partnership with the EIG, JET compiles feedback from their respective seniority demographics and highlights items of the most import. The mission of the IFS Junior Experience Team is to serve as an advocate for junior flight attendants in partnership with the EIG and leadership. We are dedicated to elevating our voices by providing insightful feedback in pursuit of the continued success of Delta Air Lines.Initial Qualification (IQ) OE Evaluator (2023 - present)- Partner with initial qualification flight attendant trainees on the first Delta flight during the initial seven weeks of training. The experience is a hands-on, experiential learning environment focusing on the safety aspects of a Delta Flight Attendant.IFS Peer Suppor Representative (2023 - present )- IFS Peer Support Program is a confidential peer-to-peer assistance program staffed and coordinated by flight attendants for flight attendants.
