From the first time I gazed at the night sky, I was captivated by the vastness of the cosmos. That sense of wonder ignited a lifelong passion for space - a passion that has shaped not only my professional journey but also my creative pursuits as a composer.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve honed my skills as a Program Owner, Product Manager, and Senior Business Analyst, leading transformative projects in dynamic, high-stakes projects and environments. Whether delivering process improvements, driving cost-saving initiatives, or collaborating across leadership and technical teams to transform mission critical processes, my work has been defined by a focus on innovation, operational excellence, collaboration, strategic focus, and impactful results.But my story doesn’t stop there. Music, for me, has been a bridge between science and the soul, a way to explore the unknown through sound. My work in music, frequently inspired by astronomy and exploration, have resonated in extraordinary ways. An orchestral piece of mine was chosen to play hourly for four years at the Space Shuttle Endeavour exhibit where it was heard by millions of people visiting the space shuttle, and I was honored with a commission by the late David Cripps—principle French horn of the London Symphony Orchestra and renowned for his work on iconic scores like Star Wars—to create a piece that celebrated discovery and curiosity. Today, I’m bringing this same spirit of exploration into the next chapter of my career. 1. Senior Business Analyst

   As the Business Analyst for a Global Onboarding system migration project at a company with employees worldwide, I led the creation of detailed process flows involving multiple teams, processes, and systems. I collaborated with team leads to document business requirements and test cases and worked with global teams to implement process improvements and system changes resulting in annual cost savings of 20% by AI use and improved self-service automation. I played a key role in integrating innovative solutions by gathering requirements, contributing to strategic planning, and serving as a vital link between business, finance, and technology teams. My efforts ensured the project stayed on track with business goals, even within a fast-paced, high-pressure global environment. Risks, issues, and solutions were defined, documented, and approved by stake holders resulting in 25% annual time reduction through improved technology, best practice alignment, and process improvement. Partnering closely with the Legal team, I helped identify business and technical requirements, streamline processes, and develop test cases for a global matter management and legal billing system that handles all legal cases and invoices from law firms worldwide. This system which I designed managed patents database used globally and integrated with accounts payable, tax, and finance systems where it handled about 80 million dollars in transactions annually. Designed and provided requirements for a leadership reporting dashboard, using data analysis and modeling in Tableaux, SQL to support business and leadership objectives effectively. Reports were designed by me based on stakeholders needs resulting in complete automation, quarterly audits, comprehensive process improvements (audit results allowed team leads the ability to address issue preemptively.
