Designed and implemented real-time firmware for an RC racing platform using STM32 (HAL) and Nordic nRF (Zephyr RTOS) MCUs, covering prototyping, system architecture, and integration as the sole software engineer at a hardware startup.• Built a low-latency control system with sub-4 ms servo response and created a modular USB HID host framework with extensible drivers for multiple racing peripherals.• Integrated IMU, GPS, audio codec, MEMS microphone, and current-sense ADC via I2C, I2S, and UART, and implemented real-time telemetry and Bluetooth LE audio streaming.• Developed a Flutter/Dart mobile app to configure input mappings, servo tuning, force feedback, and OSD settings using a custom binary protocol over BLE.
