In my role, I help build, implement and manage programs. I support and supervise the Community Health Worker Team. This includes managing performance accountability to align work plans with grants and the organization\'s strategic plan.I collaborate with the E.D. to set and drive the organizational vision and program strategy. I help develop and implement systems and processes to effectively implement programs that promote organizational growth and support the spinal cord injury and disability community we serve. Through daily contact with CHWs and the members of our teams, I participate in building an inclusive culture ensuring all thrive as our organization grows.
