   Current Engagement: TMS Implementation, Fortune 100 Retailer – Bentonville, AR - Led client Business, Product, and IT senior managers though design and development of foundational user interface modules to enable operationalization of a home-grown transportation management system (TMS)- Partnered with Product, Business, and Engineering leads to create a repeatable framework for technology and operational change management across 40+ distribution centers and stores - Collaborated with cross functional workstream leaders to ensure design solutions and timelines aligned, enabling efficient development of modules and transition from legacy systems to new TMSPrevious Engagement: Supply Risk Analytics Dashboard Development, Top-20 Global Pharma Company – Boston, MA - Led business requirements gathering effort with client (Senior Manager Master Planner, Vaccines Business Unit), and created functional design document consisting of purpose, scope, source system interfaces, user requirements, business rules logic/calculations for the dashboard to enable technical team to complete the development - Guided development team of 5 (onshore and offshore) throughout development phase consisting of: tracking open items in JIRA to completion, conducting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitating identification/completion of bug fixes/enhancements leading up to dashboard Go-Live - Drafted two change orders to enable the project to remain on track and be successfully completed within budget - Led status meetings and reported status to client project manager, IT/Business owners, and Deloitte engagement leads
