I’ve spent the past 16 years working in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning research, leading high-impact projects from early research to real-world production deployment. My background combines technical depth with a strong focus on team development and leadership. I’ve led teams through complex challenges, balancing scientific rigor with practical execution and product delivery.My experience spans both academic and industry settings, which has helped me stay close to the fundamentals while delivering results in fast-paced environments. I’ve managed research and engineering groups, built collaborative team cultures, and supported people’s growth through mentorship and clear direction. Working in the US, France, and Japan has taught me how to lead across different work cultures and time zones, with a focus on trust and shared purpose.At Amazon, I led key Generative AI efforts and helped formulating forward-looking research ideas, and bringing them into production. I worked closely with fellow AI researchers and engineers to move research into action, and I stayed involved at every stage to make sure the work aligned with broader goals. I care deeply about building strong teams and creating space for people to do their best work.My goal is to keep advancing impactful technologies while fostering environments where people feel motivated, challenged, and supported in what they do.
